Enquiry Counter

Enquiry Counter is located at the right side of reception where one can enquire and seek help in case of any problem. It is managed by Front Office Executive.

Registration

Please provide your details at the main reception/registration counter on your first visit to the hospital. For registration, you need to provide Photo Id proof and address proof along with Pan Card/Aadhar Card along with INR 100/- registration fee for General OPD & For INR 50/- for Private OPD. You will receive an OPD registration card with UHID No. (Unique Hospital Identification Number)

Initial Assessment

For all new patient's post-registration, you will be directed to Initial Assessment counter inside at the ground floor OPD area where our nursing team will take basic vitals etc.

OPD Consultation

After the initial assessment you will be directed to the concerned OPD where specialist doctor will do further assessment of your condition and will accordingly advise you the investigations as well as treatment on OPD or IPD basis, as may be the case.

OPD Timings

General OPD: 09:00 am to 11:00 am (All Working Days) (last card is made till 10:30 am)
Private OPD: 11 am to 08:00 pm (All working days)
